Good News…For Now

On Jan. 12, 2021 in a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court reinstated the FDA’s in-person mandate for the abortion medication, mifepristone. Earlier in July 2020, a federal court had lifted this requirement due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mifepristone and misoprostol are the two medications used in medical abortion.
